Kayte Mills

Kayte Mills was named the Director of Athletic Compliance in September 2024. 

Mills most recently spent the last few years as an Account Manager for Lax.com in Norwalk, Connecticut where she was responsible for managing accounts for Lax.com's team division. Prior to that, Mills spent six years at Post as their Head Women's Lacrosse Coach improving them from a winless team when she first took them over all the way to their first above .500 season in her last season when the Eagles went 6-4 overall and 5-3 in Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference play. That 2021 campaign remains the only season in which Post finished above the .500 mark in conference games for the year. 

In addition to coaching the team, Mills was also the Student Athletic Advisory Committee (SAAC) Faculty Advisor in which she had to oversee and coordinate community service efforts with all the varsity sports as well as facilitate the meetings for the SAAC. She was also the Athletic Department's Schedule Coordinator for all 22 varsity programs at the time for weight room and turf activities. 

Mills came from Western Connecticut State University where she helped lead the Colonials, now known as the Wolves, to a 12-6 record in the Little East Conference (LEC) and three appearances in the conference tournament. She mentored eight All-LEC players, two ECAC All-Stars, and an IWLCA All-Region player.
 
A native of New Fairfield, Mills coached her alma mater New Fairfield High School for two years prior to her stint at Western Connecticut. She led the varsity girl's lacrosse team to the state quarterfinals in 2012.
 
Mills graduated from Western New England College in Springfield, Mass. in 2008 with a Bachelor's degree is Sport Management. She received her Master's in Sport Management from the University of Connecticut in 2010.
 
While earning her Master's she was the head coach of the UConn Club Women's Lacrosse team and spent a year as an assistant with the Huskies' varsity team.
 
At Western New England, Mills was a four-year starter and named First Team All-New England Women's Lacrosse Alliance (NEWLA) three times. She was the first Golden Bear ever to score over 200 goals in her career.
 
Mills played four years at New Fairfield High School and received All-Conference and All-State honors each year.
