Cross Country
Head Coach Joe Brady Joe Brady enters his second season as head coach of the Post University men's and women's cross country programs. In his first year at Post, Brady saw both programs steadily improve each race. At the 2006 CACC Cross Country Championships, the men's team moved up a spot from the previous season. In high school, he was a member of the Pomperaug High School Track and Field program for two seasons. The team won the 1999 and 2000 SWC Championship and the 1999 Class L State Championship in Connecticut. He was a part of an All-Conference 4x400 relay team, which also set the school record in that event. His 4x100 relay team was an All-Conference honorable mention. Brady is a match teacher at the Waterbury Arts Magnet School, and is also a summer basketball coach for Holy Cross High School. He currently resides in Southbury, Conn. Assistant Coach Jessica Giuliano Jessica Giuliano enters her second season as an assistant coach of the Post University men's and women's cross country programs. She has helped Head Coach Joe Brady help improve both programs race in and race out. She was an assistant cross country coach at Salve Regina University in Newport, R.I. during the 2004 season. Gioloano was a member of both the Salve Regina cross country and track and field programs. She was captain of the cross country team as a junior and a
senior, and garnered three All-Conference awards.
