Luschenat Ranked 36th In NCAA Statistical Rankings

WATERBURY, Conn.-Junior goalkeeper Morgan Luschenat of the Post University women's soccer team, is ranked in the first NCAA Division II women's soccer statistical rankings of the 2007 season.

Luschenat, is ranked 36th in Division II in saves per game with a 7.17 average with games played through September 9, 2007. She has amassed 43 saves in six matches for the Eagles this season.

In the first home match of the season against Bentley, she recorded a career-high 11 saves in a 2-1 overtime loss. The match before, she stopped 10 shots against number-23 ranked University of New Haven in the second-round of the Connecticut Cup.

Post returns to the pitch on Monday, Sept. 17 as it opens a four-match home stand with Dowling College. Kickoff is slated for 4 p.m. on LaMoy Field. The Eagles will then face three CACC foes in Chestnut Hill on September 22, Dominican on September 25, and Georgian Court on September 29.
