ECAC Opening Round Match Postponed Until Thursday Afternoon

WATERBURY, Conn.-The opening round ECAC Division II Women's Soccer Championships match between the Post University women's soccer team, and St. Vincent College, originally scheduled for this afternoon, has been postponed due to inclement weather. The match will now be played on Thursday afternoon, beginning at 1 p.m. at LaMoy Field.

The winner of Thursday's match between the number-four seed Eagles, and the number-five seed St. Vincent, will face the number-one seed University of Bridgeport on Saturday morning at 11 a.m. at LaMoy Field.

Bridgeport is the host school, however its home field is currently under construction. The second semifinal between the number-two-seed Molloy College and the number-three seed Georgian Court will take place at 2 p.m. on Saturday.

The ECAC Championship match will take place on Sunday afternoon at 2 p.m. on LaMoy Field, while the third-place match is slated for an 11 a.m. kickoff.
