Women's Basketball Heads To Wilmington

WATERBURY, Conn.-The Post University women's basketball team looks to find its winning ways again, as it travels to Wilmington College in a Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) game this evening.

Post has struggled of late, but do have four scorers averaging double figures, led by senior Tadj Williams who is netting 13 points per game. Williams is also the team's leading rebounder, pulling down 6.9 boards per game.

Senior Marjorie Prado is second on the team in scoring with 12.3 points per game. She has scored double digits in each of the last six games, and is a 79.3 percent free throw shooter.

Junior LaToya Coley is scoring 10.3 points per game, and is coming off a four three-pointer night on Tuesday against Goldey-Beacom. She is shooting 39.3 percent from three-point range.

Senior Telisha Moultrie is netting 10.1 points per game, and is shooting 48.9 percent from the field.

Post is scoring 67.7 points per game this season, and shooting 38 percent from the field as a team. From three-point range the Eagles are shooting 30.1 percent, and are shooting 64.1 percent from the free throw line.

Wilmington is scoring 68 points per game, and shooting 40.1 percent from the field. From three-point range, the team is shooting 33.5 percent, and from the free throw line it is connecting at a 66.8 clip.

The Eagles return home on Saturday, as they welcome Georgian Court to the Drubner Center. Tip-off is slated for 1 p.m.
