WATERBURY, Conn.-The Post University softball team's season opener against Southern Connecticut State University, originally scheduled for Wednesday, March 7, 2007, has been postponed. No makeup date has been announced as of yet, please continue to check back for further information.

The Eagles will now open the 2007 campaign with a split doubleheader against St. Michael's College and Upper Iowa on Monday, March 12, in Fort Meyers, Fla., as the Eagles begin their spring break trip to Florida.

The home opener is now slated for Sunday, March 25 against Bentley College.
