Post Announces Athletic Postponements

POST UNIVERSITY ANNOUNCES POSTPONEMENTS

Waterbury, CT?Several Post University athletic events have been changed or cancelled due to the consistent rain this week.

The golf team?s annual Eagle Shootout that was to take place Thursday and Friday has been cancelled. There are numerous holes under water at Lyman Orchards Country Club. The men?s and women?s cross-country meet scheduled for Wednesday has been postponed and will be made up at a date to be announced. The women?s soccer game versus Nyack College scheduled for today at 3:00 pm has been postponed for the second time in as many days.

This rainout means Post has to make up two women?s soccer games. Post is also attempting to reschedule the game versus Holy Family University.
