Men's SoccerMen's Soccer Adds Noze To Roster August 14, 2007 WATERBURY, Conn.-Post University men's soccer Head Coach Ted Haley announced the addition of Frantzy Noze to the roster for the 2007 season. Noze comes to Post, after a stellar career at Norwich Free Academy. Noze tallied 60 goals and dished out 30 assists in high school, and was named All-ECC on two occasions. In 2006, he was named Offensive Player of the Year by the Norwich Bulletin and the New London Day. He was also named All-State and All-New England, as he scored 15 goals and had 15 assists in his senior season, helping his team to back-to-back ECC Championships. In his scholastic career, his team amassed a 49-5 overall record. Post, was recently picked fourth in the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) Preseason Coaches Poll, opens the season squaring off with a pair of top-10 nationally ranked teams from a year ago at the Southern Connecticut State Invitational. The Eagles will face the host Owls on August 24, who was ranked
sixth in the final NSCAA National Poll last season, finishing with
a 17-3-3 overall record. In the second round of the tournament,
Post will tangle with Franklin Pierce, who was ninth in the nation,
with a 17-2-3 overall record last season.
