Men's Basketball

BRIDGEPORT, Conn.-The Post University men's basketball team will take part in the 2007 Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Division II Holiday Classic at the University of Bridgeport's Harvey Hubble Gymnasium on December 18 and 19.The Holiday Classic is being co-sponsored by the University of Bridgeport and the ECAC.

The Eagles will be participating in the tournament along with the host Purple Knights, Concordia College, and St. Anselm College.

Post will face Concordia in the first-round on Tuesday, Dec. 18 (7 p.m.), following the Bridgeport-St. Anselm contest. In the second-round, the Eagles and Purple Knights will square off in a clash of two Nutmeg State rivals. Tip-off is slated for 7 p.m.

The Eagles return to the hardwood on Saturday evening, as they open up Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) action at Nyack College. Tip-off is slated for 6 p.m. at the Bowman Gym.

Post returns to the Drubner Center on Tuesday, Dec. 6 with a non-conference tilt against Pace University. Those who are unable to make it to the Drubner Center will be able to hear all of the action on the Eagle Sports Network on http://www.posteagles.com/. Joe Coss (play-by-play) will call all the action with pre-game beginning at 6:35 p.m. Tip-off is slated for 7 p.m.
