Men's BasketballMen's Basketball Host Philadelphia University In Saturday Matinee January 25, 2008 WATERBURY, Conn.-The Post University men's basketball team, welcomes Philadelphia University to the Drubner Center, for a Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) contest. Tip-off is slated for 3 p.m., following the Post-Philadelphia women's game at 1 p.m. The game features each of the CACC divisional leaders, as the Eagles lead the CACC North with a 5-3 conference record, while Philadelphia comes to town, leading the CACC South with a 6-0 record. The game will be carried live on the Eagles Sports Network, as Joe Coss (play-by-play) and Dave Warren (color analyst) will call the action. The Nike Pre-Game show begins following the women's game. Post will be looking to rebound from a 66-55 loss to Caldwell College on Wednesday evening on the road. Senior swingman Arthur Robertson (Far Rockaway, N.Y./Beach Channel) led the team with 14 points, while freshman guard Garvin McAlister (Norwich, Conn./N.F.A.) and junior guard James Lee (Montreal, Quebec, Canada/Vanier Prep) each added 10 points. Robertson leads the Eagles with 16.4 points per game, and is ranked fourth in the CACC in scoring. The senior is also leading the team with 7.7 rebounds per game. Junior forward AJ Reitter (Baltimore, Md./Franklin) is second on the team and sixth in the conference with 15.3 points per game. Senior forward Peter Lawal (Uniondale, N.Y./Uniondale) is the third Eagle to average double figures with 11.8 points per game. Philadelphia has been idle since last Saturday's 79-66 win on the road at Dominican. Malcolm Ingram earned CACC and ECAC Player of the Week honors, after a pair of 26-point outings against Chestnut Hill and Dominican. In addition, he grabbed 11.5 rebounds and 2.0 assists, while shooting 70.4-percent (19-of-27) from the field and 93.3-percent (14-of-15) from the charity stripe. Ingram leads four scorers in double figures for the Rams with 15.4 points per game, and 7.7 rebounds per contest. Jason Hickenbottom is second on the team with 13.9 points per game. Mike Dunn is chipping in with 11.9 points, and Russell Frederick is averaging 10.6 points a night. Following the match up with Philadelphia University, the Eagles
will travel to Bloomfield, on Tuesday, Jan. 29, for an 8 p.m.
