SYRACUSE, N.Y.-The Post University men's golf team registered a team score of 304, to open the 2007 ECAC Division II Championships at the Drumlins Country Club. LeMoyne College leads with a team score of 289, while Bryant College is nine strokes back with a 298.

Freshman Ryan Philipp and junior Jamie Blake, each carded a three-over par 74, to lead the Eagles in the first round of play.

Sophomore James Livingstone was third on the team, after firing a 77 in the first round.

Sophomore captain Lee Wanklyn finished the first round with a 79, and senior Mike Cavallo shot a 90.

The ECAC Championships continue on Monday morning, with second round play.
