RIVERHEAD, N.Y.-It was a good day for freshman Lee Wanklyn, first he was named the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) Rookie of the Week, for leading the Eagles in a pair of tournaments last week, then on Monday he fired a one-over par 72, to finish fourth overall at the Peter King Memorial Golf Tournament, hosted by Dowling College, at the Long Island National Golf Course.

As a team the Eagles finished third in the 15-team field, shooting a combined 320 on the first day, and a 300 on Monday to finish with a team score of 620 (+52) for the tournament, just three strokes shy of second place Pace University, with a 617 (+49). St. Thomas Aquinas led the team competition with a 602 (+34).

In the first-round on Sunday, Wanklyn carded a 6-over 77, but came back on Monday to record a 72 to finish with a two-day total of 149, just two strokes back of Chris Menne of UMass.-Lowell in third place.

Jamie Blake was second on the team and 11^th overall with a 156 (+14). He struggled on the first day, shooting an 84, but came back to fire a 1-over 72 on the 6,280-yard course.

Calum Malcolm was the third Eagle finisher, finishing tied for 12^th with a 157. He carded a 79 in the first round and a 78 during Monday's round.

Lloyd Notley finished fourth for the Eagles recording a 158 (80, 78), and Tyler Kane rounded out the Eagles with a 178 (87, 91).
