Men's Golf Leads After First Day Of Goldey-Beacom Invitational

March 27, 2007

AVONDALE, Pa.-Behind by Lee Wanklyn and Lloyd Notely, the Post University men's golf team fired a team score of 306 to lead after the first day of the Goldey-Beacom College Invitational at the Hartefeld National Golf Course on Monday afternoon.

The Eagles received a first-round score of 72 by Wanklyn and a 73 by Notely to lead the 19-team field.

The tournament concludes this afternoon at the Hartefeld Golf Course.
