AIC Defeats Men’s Soccer 1-0

NORTH ANDOVER, Mass (September 4, 2010) Post University’s Men’s Soccer team fell to American International 1-0 Saturday afternoon in their second game of the Merrimack Tournament. The Eagles are now 0-2 in non-conference play this season.
The Yellowjackets winning goal came with only 8:33 to play in the game when Derek Alves fed Callum Congreve beating Post University keeper Errol Reid. Reid made 8 saves on the day in the loss.
The Eagles would have one more opportunity to score late in the game with a pair of corner kicks from Frantzy Noze, but came up short falling 1-0 in the contest.
Post University will be back in action again Wednesday night against Felician.
