Post University Men’s Soccer Falls to Merrimack 2-1

NORTH ANDOVER, Mass (September 2, 2010) Post University’s Men’s Soccer team lost to Merrimack College in the opening game of the 2010 Merrimack Tournament. Senior Frantzy Noze was credited with the lone goal for the Eagles.
Noze’s goal game just under 35 minutes into the first half after a Koreb Mauremi corner kick.
Post University goalkeeper Errol Reid made five saves on the night, but let two goals by in the first half. The first goal was scored only 2:34 into the game by Adam Leone, which was his first career goal. The second came from Merrimack’s Franklin Pena 21 minutes into the contest.
Post University will be in action again Saturday night against American International for their second game of the Merrimack Tournament.
