Philadelphia Tops Women’s Lacrosse 20-2

PHILADELPHIA, PA (April 3, 2010) Post University’s Women’s Lacrosse team lost a conference battle against Philadelphia 20-2 on Saturday afternoon. Kathryn Price and Kaitlin Montgomery each scored one goal in the Eagle loss. 

Kelly Dallas and Kalin Hodel both scored four goals for Philadelphia.

With an undefeated conference record to start the game, the Rams had no intention of letting that record slide as the game progressed. Philadelphia scored 20 unanswered goals until late in the second half when the Eagles scored two goals to close out the game.

Mongomery would score first with 9:06 to play in the game with the assist being credited to Price. Price would score the final goal of the game with 33 seconds to play making it a 20-2 final.
The Eagles will play next at home on Saturday against Chestnut Hill.
