Women’s Swimming Loses to Simmons and Regis

WESTON, MA (February 2, 2010) Post University’s Women’s Swimming team lost a dual meet to Regis and Simmons College on Tuesday night. Senior and Eagle Athlete of the Week Nicole Sigona took first place in the 50 meter breaststroke (39.60).
Freshman CIS major Anna Kicinska won the 100 meter butterfly (1:04.28)
Regis defeated the Eagles 87-22, while Simmons College took a 116-16 victory. Post University did not have swimmers in every event.
The Eagles will be in competition again this Saturday at the East Stroudsburg Invitational in Pennsylvania.
