Athletes of the Week
Dan Luisi
Baseball
Dan Luisi has been named 2009-2010 Post University Athlete of the Year at the annual athletics award banquet. As a leader on the baseball team, Luisi set a new Post University record for career hits with 181 throughout his career. Making it even more difficult for Luisi was the fact that he finished his career playing with a wood bat, while the previous record was set entirely with a metal bat.

Luisi graduated Post University with a degree in Business Administration.
Nicole Gizzi*
Women's Volleyball

Nicole has been named 2009-2010 Post University Female Athlete of the Year at the annual athletics award banquet. As the captain on the volleyball team and a member of the Eagles softball team, Gizzi has made numerous contributions to Post University throughout her career. Gizzi has been extremely supportive of all teams that compete under the Eagles banner.

Gizzi graduated from Post University with a degree in Biology and will continue her education in the Respiratory Therapy program at Naugatuck Valley Community College.
