Dominican Tops Women's Soccer 2-0

DOMINICAN, NY (October 30, 2009) In the final game of the season, the Dominican Chargers defeated the Post University Eagles 2-0 in Women’s Soccer Friday afternoon. The Eagles end the season 5-13(3-9 CACC).

It took the chargers only 4:39 to score when Kristen Haycook headed the ball into the net past Liz Johnson for the eventual game winner. The second goal came only 30 minutes later at 35:24 when Margaret Porter scored the second goal giving Dominican a 2-0 victory.

Johnson played the entire game in goal making 12 saves.
