Eagles Women’s Soccer Struggles Against NYIT 3-0

WATERBURY, Conn (October 27, 2009)The Post University Eagles went scoreless in their final home game of the 2009 season losing to NYIT 3-0. Post University now has a 5-12 record overall.
The conditions were difficult for box teams with consistent rain coming down throughout the game. NYIT scored first when Kelly Kuplicki headed a pass from Ally Halbig past keeper Cassie Michel. The goal would be the eventual game winner.
In the second half, Taylor Jenson netted two goals to make the final score 3-0.
Post University will be in action again for the final game of the season at Dominican on October 30th.
