Karin Mann is entering her 10^th year as a member of the Post University athletic department. She came to Post after earning her Masters in Athletic Training from California University of Pennsylvania, in 1998, as the school's head athletic trainer.

Since then, she has been elevated to her current position of assistant athletics director, compliance coordinator and senior women's administrator.

In her current role, Mann is in charge of directing and administration of all aspects of the compliance program, monitoring Title IX requirements, as well as assisting in the athletic training department.

A 1997 graduate of Sacred Heart University, Mann was also named interim director of athletics in the summer of 2006.

She is a certified athletic trainer (NATABOC), and possesses FA/CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer certification. She is also a member of the National Athletic Trainers' Association.

She resides in Waterbury, Conn.
