NCAA Drug Testing Policy

The links below will provide you with information regarding the NCAA Drug Testing Program as well as resources designed to inform you about the substances banned by the NCAA. Please contact the REC (#3) before taking any medication or supplement to be sure that it does not contain a banned substance. The penalty for a positive drug test is a one-year ban (365 days) from competition. Student athletes who have a medical history demonstrating the need for medication on the banned list must have in their file medical diagnosis, medical history and dosage information.
