Post University Athletic Training

Post University is dedicated to the health and safety of all of its student-athletes. There are currently two licensed and certified athletic trainers on staff. They are responsible for the prevention, immediate and emergency care, evaluation and rehabilitation of athletic injuries. In addition, the athletic training staff will help facilitate the care for injured student-athletes with doctors and other specialists on a case-by-case basis.  

An on-site certified athletic trainer is present at most practices and each home intercollegiate athletic contests. Athletic trainers are licensed by the State of Connecticut and are certified by the Board of Certification, Inc.
